FLD Santa Barbara's flagship driving day is about the road itself: we roll out from Cabrillo Boulevard Waterfront at sunrise, run San Marcos Pass — Highway 154 while it's empty, regroup at an overlook with Stearns Wharf on the horizon, then take the scenic return leg to a reserved long lunch.
